Kneading the Bread

I made bread today, It's something to fill the gap in time, and makes for a pleasing change.

Easy to make, well the machine does it all really

I toss in a goodly amount of mixed herbs at the beginning,  just a choice , but it adds body to the flavour, and I don't go adding the olives.

But it does work and it stays fresh and when it's toasted, well it's just a sensation
